Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled, provided that the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped and the packaging process has been completed. We may have to cancel your order due to reasons such as:
- The product was damaged while preparing the order.
- The product is out of stock.
- A pricing error on the website.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- The customer's payment is declined.

Customer Cancellation
To cancel your order, you must contact us via gwrsupply@gmail.com or via text message at 626-297-9282 as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and the reason for your cancellation. You can check your order status on our website/in your account to see if it has been shipped. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a cancellation confirmation email.
Our Cancellation
If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email to the address associated with your order and issue a full refund to your original payment account. Refunds usually take between 1 and 10 business days to process and return to the original bank. This timeframe can vary depending on several factors, including the merchant's processing speed, the bank's settlement process, and the specific network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) used for the payment.
If the cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped or the packaging process is complete, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, our standard return policy will apply.
