Refund Policy
Our company is committed to providing quality products and services. However, unless the issue arises from an error on our part, all purchases are considered final and at the buyer's risk.
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of signs of use, wear, or damage. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances
- Company Error: If the product or service received by the buyer differs significantly from what was ordered or described due to an error on our company's side (e.g., wrong item shipped, incorrect service provided).
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If the product arrives damaged or defective, and this is clearly attributable to a manufacturing defect or our shipping process.
In cases of Company Error or Damaged/Defective Goods
The buyer must notify us of the issue within 20 days of receiving the product or service.
The buyer must provide clear evidence of the error or damage (e.g., photographs, detailed description).
We reserve the right to request the return of the product at our expense for further inspection.
We will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, a full or partial refund, or another appropriate resolution.
Situations Where Returns/Refunds May Not Apply
Unless the issue is due to a Company Error as defined above, the following situations are considered the buyer's risk, and no refunds will be issued:
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
- Incorrect product ordered by the buyer.
- Damage to the product after it has been received and is no longer in our care.
- Issues arising from the buyer's misuse or improper handling of the product or service.
- Delivery issues caused by the buyer providing incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Returns
In cases where the buyer wishes to return a product for reasons other than Company Error or Damaged/Defective Goods, the return will be at the buyer's own expense. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs in cases where the return is not due to company error or damaged/defective goods. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the 15% restocking fee, if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
